Bappi Lahiri passes away on the streets of Mumbai at 69. Live News Updates: The iconic performer Bappi Lahiri’s final rites will be performed at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Juhu his son-in law Govind Bansal told new agency PTI.
Bappi Lahiri is dead on the streets of Mumbai at 69 live news:The legendary Indian singer-composer Bappi Lahiri passed away on 15 February 2022 at CritiCare Hospital in Juhu. “Lahiri had been admitted to the hospital for a month and was discharged on Monday. But his health deteriorated on Tuesday and his family called for a doctor to visit their home. He was brought to the hospital. He had multiple health issues. He died due to OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) shortly before midnight,” Dr Deepak Namjoshi, director of the hospital informed PTI. Numerous celebrities, like prime minister Narendra Modi mourned his demise.

Some disco balls were as well in the work which hints at the disco-themed songs he sang and captioned the artwork as “Tribute to ‘disco king’ and legendary Indian singer/composer”.
The late legendary music composer and singer Bappi Lahiri’s son-in law Gobind Bansal has revealed that “He was admitted to the hospital for 3 weeks but was eventually discharged and returned to his home. He also had dinner last night around 8:30-9:00 at night. However, within a half hour after eating dinner He suffered an attack of the heart. His pulse rate had gotten low. He was rushed to hospital where the doctors said at 11:44 that he was no longer.”
